inspiration outdoors travel

After a quick business trip to New Orleans to deliver holiday orders, I made my way across the Florida panhandle for some much needed beach time before the race to finish the year. I go to a remote area off 30-A that is isolated from pretty much everything and everyone, and it is perfect. It's one of the few places that dogs on the beach are welcome, and Shelby takes full advantage and pretends to be a water dog. See some of the many photos I took. I certainly left with some new ideas for patterns...

I was surprised by the number of cotton fields I saw in Florida, considering it is not the first state that comes to mind in terms of cotton production. Love this sight!
