I currently run my own small business designing Southern-inspired patterns under the private label Southern Creed while working full time at Great Neck Saw (GNS) as the Art Director, where I lead the rebranding campaigns of several businesses owned by GNS.
Great Neck Saw
Great Neck brand statement showcasing revamped products and packaging, and how it translates to the website and other related pieces.
Sales sheets for different redesigned products.
Superhero campaign for PTEN Magazine advertising OEMTOOLS products as a way to take the ordinary to the extraordinary. Clamps become goggles, tire treads masks, and entire cars are fantasy helmets. I generated the QR codes using Flowcode and added Google Analytics tracking so that we can compare performance between ads.
REAPR practi-cool and tacti-cool products are experiencing fast growth and I created new sales materials for the representatives to easily download from the website that are designed to print without losing much detail and quality on small black and white office printers, a 16 page brochure for the program, some pop up banners for trade shows, and business cards all within brand guidelines.
From July 2018-October 2020 I was the lead designer for the business to business furniture design company Worlds Away where I have taken and edited photographs (both product silos and lifestyle photoshoots), created catalogs and supplements, postcards, advertisements, email blasts, homepage slides, and all other print and web collateral for the business. Below you will find a small sampling of my work and links to pdfs on issuu of multiple page projects.

I have designed everything for Southern Creed since its inception. The logo, branding and graphic standards, patterns, and copywriting are original. You can see a few examples below as well as throughout the site https://southerncreed.com/.
I was one of three businesses selected to operate a pop up retail location selling my products in the South Main Arts District in Memphis, Tennessee. I received rent subsidies, start up capital, and business training through MEMShop and Communities Unlimited from October of 2016 through May 2017.
Isidore Newman School
At Isidore Newman School I was the Graphic Design teacher and also worked with the Dean of Arts to promote the department and its productions. For examples of my students' projects, click here
For Reyn (pronounced "rain") Studios I did multiple freelance assignments ranging from business cards and identity materials to posters for advertising special workshops. The owner, Reyn Lambert, had a great sense of humor and enjoyed using a variety of techniques in the studio branding while still adhering to basic principles.
Leslie Hindman Auctioneers
At LHA I was the in-house graphic designer responsible for all advertisements, email blasts, mailers, and catalogues.
Columbia College Chicago
I worked with the Visual Arts Management Chairperson to design graphics for the ETHNIC DRESS: Art & Culture exhibition that was installed in one of the campus galleries. It was a comprehensive set of pieces including an invitation, large text panels, details of photographs, and explanations mounted on stands.
Kidscommons Kids on the Move Exhibition
I created the text panels for an exhibition at Kidscommons in Columbus, Ohio called Kids on the Move which aimed to increase awareness of healthy choices to combat childhood obesity.
Dixon Gallery and Gardens
At the Dixon I worked closely with the Curator of Education to create didactic materials for their exhibitions in addition to promotional pieces for their different programs, clubs, and membership levels.
